Shipping policy

Azania Aglaea endeavours to ship orders to you in a timely manner using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and subject to the contracted delivery partners and are not guaranteed. Azania Aglaea is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

We use a door to door delivery service and can take up to 1 to 7 business days once order has been collected by delivery partners. If the order is made on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day. 

Please note that any order made after 1pm will only be shipped out the following day and orders placed on a Friday After 1pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
 

Kindly ensure you enter your delivery address correctly to avoid delays. Our Third Party Delivery Partners deliver from 8h00 to 17h00 on business days.
 

We unfortunately do not ship to PO Box addresses. Delivery cost is subject to the selected shipping method chosen at checkout, with exception to orders over R600.00 which qualify for free shipping.
