This guarantee applies to all jewelry products made from stainless steel excluding wear caused by misuse, chemical exposure or physical damage

Claims

If your jewelry tarnishes within the 12 month period, simply contact us at orders@azaniaaglaea.co.za. We will inspect the item and if eligible provide replacement or exchange for the same item if available or item of choice of equivalent value.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper care or wear and tear outside of normal use.
